We ideated an omnichannel strategy to redesign the corporate infrastructure and its tools (sales app and website), enclosing them in an integrated and efficient system, the CMS Middleware.

The design and development phase focused on a new information architecture with distinct sections for the presentation of the company and the products. It includes an intuitive user experience, enriched by the presence of a locator. There is also a mega menu to navigate within the different product categories, where you can filter search results with specific parameters.
On the UI side, we have chosen an attractive design and focused on products and technologies, with parallax effects which are visible through the scroll of the page.
We realized an App for the CIFA sales department to increase loyalty and product knowledge, but also to facilitate the sales processes.
CIFApp offers a personalized profile based on the type of user and allows you to see specific information and promotions in your country. It also makes available the entire product documentation, the details of current promotions and the main company news, and you can use it offline too.
Thanks to push notifications, users are updated in real time on the launch of new products and promotions.
